“Buyer” means any individual or entity purchasing organic products from OrgFoodFed.
“Seller” means OrgFoodFed or any farmer/supplier partnered with us.
“Products” refers to organic rice, vegetables, fruits, spices, pulses, and other agricultural goods.
“Services” includes import/export facilitation, logistics, quality certification, and documentation.
3. Business Terms for Import/Export
3.1 Quotes and Pricing
All prices quoted are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and seasonal availability. Final pricing will be confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
3.2 Orders and Confirmations
Orders become binding only after written confirmation via Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply as specified in product listings or quotations.
3.3 Payment Terms
Standard payment terms: 30% advance payment, 70% against copy of Bill of Lading. Other terms (LC, DP, DA) may be negotiated based on buyer’s creditworthiness and order size.
3.4 Shipping and Delivery
Delivery terms are defined by Incoterms 2020 (typically FOB Karachi or CIF buyer’s port). Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (customs, weather, port delays).
3.5 Inspection and Quality
All products undergo pre-shipment inspection by accredited third-party agencies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent). Buyers may request independent inspection at their own cost.
